When will I be notified if I get a spot in the membership?
You will be notified as soon as spots become available. We aim to inform waitlist members at least two weeks before the official membership launch date, to ensure you have ample time to register and take advantage of early-bird offers.

Who Am I?
A visionary leader with a wealth of experience spanning two decades as an engineer in the energy industry. I managed and executed projects of various scales, up to $500 million.
A leadership and strategy coach. I help women in STEM design their careers and amplify their leadership so that they can increase their income, impact, and influence.
In my career, I struggled to receive the guidance and support I needed to highlight my unique abilities and talents.
It was challenging to work in environments where I was always singled out and treated horribly.
No matter how hard I worked, once the project ended, I had to prove myself all over again, and each time, the bar was raised and the stakes were higher.
I could not find anyone who could help me navigate my career in a way that aligned with my vision, values and culture.
I felt so alone, I had no one to turn to, I had no one I could trust.
The turning point, for me, came when a woman I mentored shared with me struggles that mirrored my own experiences. Our conversation underscored the systemic nature of the issues many African women face in the workplace.
I chose to change my career experience, I chose to own my career experience, I chose to create the experience and success that I desired, and I did!
I designed a career that gave me autonomy to chose and creatively execute my projects, freedom to balance my work and life, opportunity to develop high value connections, and increased compensation.
